If it's lost, stolen, chewed up by the dog, or just simply isn't working the way it should, you can relax because you're covered. And when it comes to the performance of your external device, it's nice to be able to talk with an expert. Cochlear's live troubleshooting services provide easy access to Cochlear representatives who can help you work out external equipment issues, and possibly prevent an extra trip to the audiologist.
NOTE: We no longer offer Service Agreements on the ESPrit 3G and SPrint Sound Processors.
If you receive Medicare Part B benefits, Medicare covers repair and replacement services, therefore you are already covered and do not need to purchase a Service Agreement.
