The Advance Processor Purchase plan offers 2 years of coverage under Service Agreement Plan A, B or C plus one new compatible external device (1 sound processor, 1 controller and 1 headset with magnet) at the end of the 2 year agreement term. If the monthly payment program is selected, all 24 monthly payments must be received before the new device will be shipped.

Plan A Advanced Processor Purchase The Plan A Advanced Processor Purchase service agreement includes one annual preventative service*, repair and/or replacement of external equipment that is not functioning due to normal wear and tear, and one new compatible external device.

Plan B Advanced Processor Purchase The Plan B Advanced Processor Purchase service agreement includes all of the benefits of Plan A plus protection against theft, loss, and accidental damage*** and access to Cochlear’s troubleshooting services.

Plan C Advanced Processor Purchase The Plan C Advanced Processor Purchase service agreement includes all of the benefits of Plan B repair plus a 1-year supply of Dry-Brik desiccant (6 bricks) for use with Dry & Store drying units, batteries, and one new compatible external device.

NOTE: We no longer offer Service Agreements on the ESPrit 3G and SPrint Sound Processors.

If you receive Medicare Part B benefits, Medicare covers repair and replacement services, therefore you are already covered and do not need to purchase a Service Agreement.
