- One new compatible external system at the end of the 2-year period
Advanced Processor Purchase Plan A provides you with fast, expert repairs by Cochlear’s own, trained technicians. With this plan you can be assured that when your sound processor isn’t working properly you’ll receive fast and responsive repair or replacement service so that hearing interruptions are minimized.
During the course of the 24-month agreement you’ll have the opportunity to send your processor in annually for one preventative service, instead of waiting for a needed repair. The service can take place at any time over the agreement period, so you have the flexibility to determine what works best for your schedule.
At the end of the 2-year service agreement you will receive the newest compatible technology available. If you choose the payment program on this plan, all 24 monthly payments must be received before the replacement device will be shipped to you.

If you receive Medicare Part B benefits, Medicare covers repair and replacement services, therefore you are already covered and do not need to purchase a Service Agreement.
