Service Agreement Plan B Advance Processor Purchase expands Cochlear's coverage options to offer you more choices and extra peace of mind. Our theft, loss and accidental damage coverage*** allows you to purchase complete protection for your external equipment – all in one convenient place. If it's lost, stolen, chewed up by the dog, melted in the car or just simply isn't working the way it should, you can relax because you're covered.
And when it comes to the performance of your external device, it's nice to be able to talk with an expert. Cochlear's live troubleshooting services provide easy access to Cochlear representatives who can help you work out external equipment issues, and possibly prevent an extra trip to the audiologist.
At the end of the 2-year service agreement you will receive the newest compatible technology available. If you choose the payment program on this plan, all 24 monthly payments must be received before the replacement device will be shipped to you.

If you receive Medicare Part B benefits, Medicare covers repair and replacement services, therefore you are already covered and do not need to purchase a Service Agreement.
