Shipping Information
- Online sales for Cochlear Americas only available to billing and shipping addresses in the US and Canada only.
- Standard Shipments are usually shipped within 24 hours Monday - Friday and usually arrive 2-3 days after shipment. Arrival depends of ZIP code and region of delivery.
- Orders to be shipped Overnight must be placed by 2:00 p.m Mountain Time in order to be shipped the same day. Orders place after 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time will ship the following day. Overnight shipments to arrive before the end of the next business day. Please call customer service for urgent orders.
- Please allow extra time for Alaska and Hawaii.
- Shipment to Canada can take up to 7 business days. Overnight shipping is not available to Canada.
Restocking Fees
- A 10% restocking fee will be charged for returned items that have been opened and/or removed from the original packaging.
- Unopened items will not be charged a restocking fee.
To Return or Exchange an Item You Purchased from Cochlear:
The return/exchange process has been simplified. If you have purchased an item directly from Cochlear (from the web store or through Cochlear Customer Service) and would like to return or exchange it, please follow these simple steps:
1. Call 1-800-523-5798 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number
2. To return your item(s), use the original box that the item arrived in or another box of your choice.
3. Place the original packing slip that came with the item in the return box (no need to include the RMA number – we already have it on file) OR write the RMA number on a blank piece of paper if the packing slip is not available, and place it in the return box. Don’t forget to include the item(s) that you want to return or exchange.
4. You should have received a prepaid FedEx label with your original order. Affix the adhesive half of the prepaid FedEx label to the box. If you do not have the FedEx label, please call us at 1-877-883-3101 to request that another label be sent to you.
5. Call 1-800-Go-FedEx (1-800-463-3339) to arrange for a package pick up, or drop the box at any FedEx pickup location.
